Creative company Thirty Pound Gentleman recently won an award from the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Skills for Business in the category of Education Business Partnership of the Year 2017 alongside clients Contact Theatre. The award win comes as a result of some pioneering work TPG developed for client Contact Theatre which helps young musicians into the creative economy in both creative & non-creative roles.

TPG founder, Danny “Falz” Fahey said: “We are an unfunded company, we do what we do with no public money given to us, just hustle. For us this is an excellent win. To achieve this is a definite win for arts and culture and by arts and culture I don’t mean libraries and museums. I mean the realness, the true energy of cities all over the country that keeps the cogs turning.”

Huge congrats to Danny and all at TPG. This a great look for the “giant killers” considering the large organisations in their award category; “Manchester Metropolitan University, Salford City College, The Education Training Partnership, Price Waterhouse Cooper, HMRC, and Total People among others”

Nothing but love for Danny & his team.
